Interpretation and Definitions

• Application usage statistics may be retained for up to 24 months to understand feature adoption and service improvements.
• Server logs such as IP addresses and access times may be retained for up to 24 months for security monitoring and troubleshooting purposes.
• We may retain data longer where required by legal obligations, legal claims, Your explicit request, or technical limitations such as backup retention schedules.
• When retention periods expire, We securely delete or anonymize Personal Data. Residual copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period consistent with our backup retention schedule.
